Ozymandias

Ozymandias is one of a pair who once occupied an area with a Program named Leto. Both had an agreement where the other would not attack, as both knew that the other could kill it. However, when Ozymandias began to leave and destroy universes to grow stronger, Leto set out to get more power. This resulted in a fight months later, with both of them firing a shot of code that caused everyone to forget their true names.

Enraged, Ozymandias went on a rampage until reigned in by Antivirus, CPU, and Crash. It was trapped in a prison of its own code until escaping in Fleeting Sands, causing chaos, and then being drawn back in once more.

However, he escaped permanently after Raging Riptides and has been on the loose since.

Morris

Morris was a twin Virus, paired up with her sister Root. The two were viruses that were made from Ozymandis's scales that got cut off when it was escaping its prison. Morris's end goal was to siphon power from the Admins and anyone of similar power in order to free Ozymandias. However, it didn't go to plan, as Root didn't share her sister's sentiment, and Root killed Morris.

Root is a former twin Virus, having once been a twin to Morris. The duo were made from the scales of Ozymandias, but Root didn't know this as her code formed wrong. This left her with memory issues and being blind. However, as time went on, she began to remember and was horrified at the prospect of having to have all these people who cared about her die. So when she had the chance, she struck and killed Morris.

This left Root with being able to see in one eye, but she still had memory problems. She currently resides at the Showgrounds Castle.

Lockdown

A prisoner at the Containment Zone and a part of the Illusion Gang. He's the second eldest of the group and is a terrifying Virus, using his ability to force any area of code into a lockdown. Whenever she makes he attempts to escape, Warden often chases him.

A prisoner at the Containment Zone and a part of the Illusion Gang. He's the second youngest and is a near harmless Virus, only using his abilities to help his friends make an escape after a successful plan. Whenever she makes her attempts to escape, Supervisor often chases him.

Once a powerful Virus that reigned with a cruel hand, during his first inital defeat at the hands of Antivirus (a failed fusion of Glitch and a red Doomguy), he went into hiding and planned his revenge. During the events of the Legacy Arc, he re-emerged with two helpers, Mira and Garyboy. However, this still failed in the end, and he died at the hands of ClearAll.

Glitch (belongs to Duckapus)

Originally a creation of Worm, her code had the ability to damage any other code she touched. She didn't agree with her creator and hated him, but initially thought there was nothing she could do. However, she then met a red Doomguy recolor, Dave, and Matrix. While the initial fight did not go their way, in the final moments of Glitch's life, she got the friendly contacted she'd wanted for so long. From this, she and the red Doomguy fused, creating Antivirus.

Mira (belongs to Duckapus)

Originally created by Worm to distract and distance Antivirus whenever the virus was working on his plans, she was eventually freed from his influence following his defeat at ClearAll's hands. She now resides in the Mushroom Kingdom, dating Amy Rose the hedgehog.

Garyboy (belongs to Duckapus)

He was originally created by Worm to help him further his goals and plans. However, now that Worm is dead, he's working for another major virus: Ozymandias. While Ozymandias is still trapped in his prison, Garyboy is capable of coming and going and is spending a considerable amount of time teaching Ozymandias that brute strength alone won't win a battle.

Leto is one of a pair who once occupied an area with a Virus named Ozymandias. Both had an agreement where the other would not attack, as both knew that the other could kill it. However, when Ozymandias began to leave and destroy universes to grow stronger, Leto set out to get more power. This resulted in a fight months later, with both of them firing a shot of code that caused everyone to forget their true names.

Following this, it left its home in search of ways to grow its power in case of Ozymandias returning. It then found Avatar Nimbus in her universe, and due to the Avatar's preexisting insecurities, Leto was able to convince Nimbus to use its programs. This resulted in an incredibly toxic 'friendship', and Leto's manipulation only ended when Nimbus's friends came to her aid and the Program was imprisoned in its own home.

Following more antics, Leto now has Bio-Lumi, Baxter Stockman, and Disc/Rahzar working with (moreso for) her.

Vector is a who really doesn't like the Admins. Per the post he came from; "As far as he's concerned, they're a bunch of self-righteous blowhards who act like they're in charge of everything just because they have ridiculous powers and get rid of a few viruses every once in a while. Never mind the fact that their battles, both against so-called threats and each-other, often cause far-reaching devastation, leaving everybody outside their little club to pick up the pieces."

His grievances are understandable. However, he doesn't have the full picture, and unfortunately, the barkeep he's venting to doesn't exactly have his best interests in mind.

Leaving some a little.. unsettled, because sometimes you can clearly see evidence of how it gets information it wants. Often leaving its targets with trauma, be it physical or mental.

An NPC who is cursed to never be able to stay in a universe for too long, they met Overseer, and the two formed a friendship quickly. Blotch often uses a bracelet given to them by Overseer to come with them into the world of code, simply to learn and try to figure out what their role should be.

The owner of a restaurant/bar that's pretty popular with many Programs. He's a kind hearted Program, but he isn't above getting cruel if someone decides to try and make any of his patrons uncomfortable.

Madam Stinger

Status: Active Introduced here! A black arms/information dealer that's very prolific in the Dark Web. She has many, many connections, and as such, has dedicated clientele. She's assured, smug, and full of herself. While she chose this way of life because it fits what she wants, it's also to desperately have control she'd been denied for under the supervision of Encode.

Mixer

Status: Active Introduced here! Madam Stinger's right-hand man! He unfortunately got on the wrong side of her, in a story involving a contract, some drinks, and a goddamn goose for some reason. He tries to balance her out, but its hard when she always has her sights set on bigger things.

Encode

Status: Unknown Introduced here! The former Admin to CPU and Madam Stinger in their younger years. She was not a good Program, often abusing the duo to gather information on her magnum opus, Neo Programs. However, she was found out by fellow Admins and stripped of her status before she fled. Her whereabouts are unknown.

The Roommate Program (PT 1/?)

ITS FINALLY DONE….well kinda there more to it but originally i wanted this out on my birthday but life happen…and here we are 3 days later with this 🎉 tada 🎉.

This is a beginning of my Bill x Reader (Self Insert) story. There still more to be told so just you wait!

Warnings: None! Bill Cipher

The Roommate Program is a new project set up by Theraprism in the hope of inspiring their patients into redemption by giving them an outside support system. First, they start as Pen Pals who, after being approved by their therapist, start the move-in process while still attending therapy 3 days out of the week.

This means they are housed at the Therapism for 3 days and stay with their roommate for 4. They have no access to their powers through monitor bracelets.

The penpal picking procedure is very strict on both sides. The Theraprism hand picks each pen pal with one other. An interview process is required for participants who are looking to be a part of the program.

Bill didn’t get access to the program until he got off maximum security 5 years later after the Book of Bill incident. Once he heard about the program he was quick to sign up in the hope he would get some idiot to get him out of this smiling cage.

He lied like a serial cheater on his application form. Which led to him getting unapproved the first time around. He had to reapply with a counselor assistant a couple of months later. It took a while before he managed to get a match.

So the day his counselor handed him an envelope saying that he’s now a proud triangle to have his first pen pal.

A surge of genuine excitement ran through his body for all the wrong reasons. If it wasn’t for this to be his attempt at an escape plan he would’ve forgotten about it.

The letter for boring to him it felt like he was reading someone's job resume! It was an introduction of who you were, what dimension you were from, and you were excited to be his pen pal and maybe his soon-to-be housemate. Heck, you even sent him a gift! A Silly Straw in the shape of a star!

To him, You sounded gullible enough to “befriend”. So, without much time to waste he grabbed and piece of paper and pen then started to write back.

There has to be another place to house beings of code that committed crimes. After all, Computer Hell is for the worst of the worse. Stuck there for the rest of time, or at least until they're no longer a threat. But what of those that have done horrible things, but not enough to go to Computer Hell?

The Containment Zone.

Governened by its Admins, Warden and Supervisor, it's a large zone where Programs and Viruses are housed until it's decided they're no longer a threat. Well.. Programs get released, and sentient Viruses can be released (if they reformed). Others.. are typically dealt with.

It's a large world, designed like a typically prison, albeit with a bit more color. Typically, it was peaceful. However..

"Get BACK here!"

A Virus and a Program, both humanoid, shriek with fear as they round a corner and run as fast as they can. An orange whip shoots out and slams against the wall, cracking it immensely.

"I thought you said he wasn't in this block, Lockdown!" the Program curses, turning her head to look at the virus. Her checkerboard-like design dimming and brightening from the above lights.

"I dunno what you want from me, Cipher!" Lockdown hisses, shaking his head. He had a more consistent prison outfit, though there were chains around his wrists and neck. "He's a weirdo!"

"Well, do something!!"

"I'm thinking!" Lockdown stresses, looking around. "I remember there being a switch around here.."

He gasps, spotting it. "There it is!"

Rushing forward, he slams his fist against it, causing machinery and code behind them to whir to life. The duo ran ahead a bit more before turning around, seeing large metal doors closing.

It was just in time as well, as their pursuer was quickly locked out and away from them.

"Alright!" The duo cheer, high-fiving.

Their victory was short-lived, however, as a sound of something hitting against the metal rang out. The two turn their heads, eyes slowly widening as the metal of the door began to crack before being punched through.

A blue gloved hand was now visible, and it grips the cracked edge of the door before it was pried open, the metal screeching against the floor. Once the doors were forced open, there stood Warden, one of the two Admins of the Containment Zone. He was panting with rage, eyes burning with fury as he glared at the two escapees.

"Help.." the two mutter, already knowing full well that they weren't getting out this time.

The two scream in fear as they run off, narrowly avoiding Warden's whip as he lashes it at them. "Stop, damn you!"

From above, on a catwalk, Supervisor hums a merry tune as she holds a chain, keeping another Program and Virus in check. "You two sure got far this round!" She chirps. "But Dust, Chainlink, didn't you know that C Block was under construction?"

Dust, the Virus, who was humanoid with bunny ears and a tail, grumbles. "No. We didn't."

Chainlink, the Program, who was humanoid with deer horns that had chains hanging from them, sighs. "Would've been nice if you told us, sunshine."

"But then that wouldn't make our games fun!" Supervisor pouts. She presses a finger to her lips as she does. "Plus, Warden would be so upset if I told you guys all that stuff."

"Where are your Moderators?" Dust quickly changes the subject. "Usually they handle bringing us back."

"Warden was reeeeeally peeved this time." Supervisor shrugs. "So he wanted us to come and catch you guys."

Chainlink blinks, her eyebrows furrowing. "Wait.. so.. if you have Dust and I. Then.. that means.."

"Oh! There they are!" the Admin giggles as she stops, looking over the railing of the catwalk. The two prisoners also peer over, just in time to see Warden's whip crack against Cipher and Lockdown's backs, sending them to the floor.

Dust sucks in some breath between his teeth. He'd never been hit by Warden's whip, as Supervisor was always the one chasing him, and seeing how his friends were writhing around in pain, he'd rather not anytime soon.

"Okay, back to your cell!" Supervisor chirps as she continues walking, tugging the duo with her.

"MY BAAACK.."

"Get up, you idiots! It's a solitary confinment for a week for this new stunt!"

"Supervisor, thank you for being the one to always chase us." Dust and Chainlink both say quickly whilst sweating immensely, making the Admin giggle more.

"You're welcome~!"

if someone watching the show had approached alex hirsch between season 1 and season 2 and asked him "what happens to the kids once the summer's over?" what answer do you think he'd have given? because i don't think he'd have spoiled his plans for weirdmageddon

caveat: idk whether the entirety of the story I plan to tell can happen within the span of (the in-universe) summer break. (because i'm actually keeping track of dates on a calendar.) as in, we might run out of time to complete all the events. so the story might end by the end of summer, it might end at some point during fall.

and i've said that if there's too much stuff going on for me to finish the story by august 31st, it'll just keep on continuing into fall. but that doesn't mean i'm just gonna tell y'all what's gonna happen.
